In short: we collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising trackers on this website, and you can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by writing to contact@athgorise.com.
1. Who we are
ATHGORISE® is a brand of DIIL SASU, a company registered in Paris, France (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers www.athgorise.com, our email communications, and the applications we use to manage our Amazon store and advertising.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email sign-up. If you join our early-access list on the Training page, we collect your email address.
- Emails you send us. If you contact us, we receive your email address, name (if provided) and the content of your message, including any order details you share.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date/time, for security and operation of the website.
- Display preference. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when serving them.
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Purchases on Amazon
All ATHGORISE® products are sold on Amazon. When you buy, Amazon processes your order, payment and delivery information under its own privacy notice. We only receive the limited order information Amazon makes available to sellers, which we use to fulfil orders, handle returns and provide customer support.
Advertising data (Amazon Ads)
We use the Amazon Ads API, through Login with Amazon, to manage and measure our own advertising campaigns on Amazon. Through it we access campaign settings and aggregated performance reports (such as impressions, clicks, spend and sales) for our own advertising account. These reports do not identify individual shoppers, and we do not use them to identify anyone. When you authorize an application with Login with Amazon, we receive access tokens and your Amazon profile identifiers, which we use only to connect to the advertising account you authorized.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your messages and provide customer support.
- To send early-access, product and training emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To manage, optimize and report on our Amazon advertising.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR): your consent (email list), our legitimate interests (support, advertising management, website security) and legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- LWS (website hosting, France)
- MailerLite (email list management)
- Google (Google Fonts and our email provider)
- Amazon (marketplace, fulfilment, Login with Amazon and Amazon Ads)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Support emails: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, normally no more than 12 months.
- Advertising reports: for as long as needed to manage our campaigns, and no longer than 5 years.
- API access tokens: until access is revoked or no longer needed.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and secure storage of API credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
To exercise your rights, email contact@athgorise.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
You can revoke any Login with Amazon authorization at any time from your Amazon account settings.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
